Long-form content writing services
White papers, analyses, how-to guides, and more
The stuff of daymares
So, you want to grow your business’s authority and trust, differentiate yourself from your competitors, and prove you really do know your industry.
But you’re short on time so writing anything longer than a Slack message feels impossible.
You know it’s holding your business back by not investing more in your content. Especially something that would really show how knowledgeable you are.
But the thought of writing something so long that also clearly communicates what you want, is the stuff of daymares.
And that’s without factoring in how time-consuming the process is.
You could write it in-house…
When you write long-form content yourself, or with team members, it can lead to a miscommunication, frustrated colleagues, stress, and a disjointed mess of an end product.
The process can fall down because it’s a specialist job that requires a specialist writer who can dedicate time to the process.
And someone who understands the important of structure and style to make your mammoth content effective at achieving your business goals.
I’ve been part of in-house white paper creation projects before, and they haven’t gone well. Everyone had a different vision for it, from the end goal to the writing style to the design. Not to mention the process was all wrong, which meant the finished product was, too.
About Kristina
Since graduating from my MA in Creative Writing in 2014, I’ve written white papers, case studies, analyses, how-to guides. And I’ve published 19 (almost 20!) novels under my pen names Kristina Adams and K.C. Adams.
My fiction-writing background gives me unique insights into people’s minds. It also ensures no matter how complex a topic is, I’ll always write in plain English.
Everything I write is designed to be accessible to everyone. That way, your clients can self-identify and anyone who doesn’t need you can self-segment.
I’m a firm believer that it’s a business’s job to make their audience’s lives easier, and that starts with their accessible writing style.
Why you need to outsource
Instead of going through all the stress of creating long-form content yourself, why not outsource it to someone who has a system in place? So that you don’t have to stress?
You get to share your knowledge with your target audience without any of the hard work that goes into the writing process.
I have three packages available depending on how much upfront research you’d like to provide for your long-form content.

If, at any point in the process, you decide you no longer want to work together for any reason, you’ll pay only for work already completed and we can part ways.
Deepening reader relationships
I use the same process to create in-depth analyses for my author blog, something which gives my readers a sneak peek into my writing and thought processes. It attracts new readers to my books and deepens my relationship with existing ones.
Because of the work involved in writing long-form content, I only work on a couple of hand-picked projects per month. That means you get more of my time and energy to create an end project you and your audience will love.
What’s the process?
Once you’ve paid your deposit, we’ll organise a call to chat about your goals, what information you’d like included, and to decide on a topic if you haven’t chosen one already. It’ll be a laid-back brainstorming session for both of us (and your team if you like), to help us get clear on what we’re writing about and why.
Then, it’s time to start the research. If you’d like original research, we’ll work together to create a set of questions to get the best answers out of your existing customers and target audience so that we can get fresh, relevant data.
The next step is to plan and outline. That way, we can visualise what goes where and reorganise anything we’re not quite sure on. Doing this before the first draft speeds up the editing process and ensures it’s still focused on achieving your goals.
Once the outline is finalised, it’s time to start writing. This will involve me drafting it, conducting developmental edits to ensure the structure is clear, and copy edits. I’ll also run it through ProWritingAid and my VA on the off chance there’s anything I’ve missed.
At this point, you’ll get it for review. Here, you can look for any gaps or things you’d like rephrased. When you’ve compiled all your feedback, I’ll go through it and make the necessary changes.
You get a second round of edits like this in with the cost, allowing us to refine and polish your long-form content as we can.
Then, it’s over to you! You can design it, post it on your blog, turn it into a series of emails—whatever you like.
Show your expertise in a way only you can
So, you’re going to get an engaging piece of writing that differentiates you from your competitors. And it won’t cost you any extra time from your already rammed schedule!
And you’ll stand out in the age of AI by publishing something that showcases your expertise in your voice. You’ll build your authority while attracting more customers because they can see how knowledgeable and accessible you are.

Testimonials
See what current and past clients have to say about working with me.
Kristina has been a dream to work with and I would recommend her without reservation to anyone and everyone looking for a top-notch blog writer. She’s highly communicative and has gone above and beyond what we asked, brainstorming excellent ideas for posts and series that are well-aligned with our brand. Her writing style is compelling and personal, and she’s always open to feedback. You won’t be disappointed if you choose to engage her; she’s the whole package.
By the time I was done following Kristina’s instructions, my website was not only more polished, but it ran better, read better, and overall projected a much more complete image of my services.
I used to struggle with what to say and how much to say, and her coaching helped me iron out large chunks of areas that were in dire need of updating.
Whether you’re starting out or already established, there’s marketing Kristina can help you with so don’t hesitate!
Kristina is an excellent writer – she very quickly picked up our tone of voice and applied it to blogs as well as more extensive website copy projects. From the start all of the work Kristina has produced has been of an extremely high quality. Kristina’s writing is clean, concise and easy to read, whilst still covering the required subject in detail – I’d highly recommend Kristina for any type of content marketing/copywriting!
