Stage 1: Enquiry
Fill in the form below and let me know a little about your goals, audience, and preferred package.
Stage 2: Discovery call
We’ll book a short call to discuss scope, timescales, and whether we’re the right fit.
Stage 3: Proposal and deposit
You’ll receive a written proposal and quote. Once you’re happy to proceed, a 50% deposit secures your project in my schedule. (This ensures fairness and commitment on both sides.)
Stage 4: Briefing and research
You complete a short brief and share any relevant background materials. I’ll then handle interviews, research, and outlining.
Stage 5: Writing and editing
You’ll receive the first draft for feedback within the agreed timeline. Two rounds of edits are included to ensure it’s just right.
Stage 6: Delivery and final payment
Once the final version is approved, the remaining 50% is due before final files are delivered.

There are a few options that we can consider, from emailing your existing clients/prospects to using a tool such as Pollfish or Survey Monkey.
We could even do a combination to get you some really fascinating and original insights.
The type of research we do will also depend on your budget. This can be included in the cost of the project or you can organize it separately so that you still have access to the insights at the end of the process. We can discuss options on the discovery call.
